If you take away one piece of advice from my blog GET YOURSELF AN ICE ROLLER! This handheld chilly device is seriously magical. Every single skin type and skin condition can benefit from using it. It's also wonderful for men after shaving in addition to the skin benefits.
How they work
Ice rollers are a pretty simple concept. The detachable roller is either metal or comes full of water or gel and you toss it in the freezer to chill. I recommend storing it in a plastic baggie to keep it sanitary.

How to use
1. Freeze your roller for a few hours or as directed on the package.
2. On clean bare skin lightly roll from the inside of the face out.
3. Continue along with the nose, jawline, across the forehead and you can gently hold for a few seconds on the eye area.
4. Clean, freeze and repeat tomorrow.
