Antioxidants Other Than Vitamin C
Vitamin C serums have quite the reputation as the gold standard antioxidant in skincare. However, they don't always work for everyone, and that's ok! There are plenty of other non-vitamin C antioxidants out there that are just as effective and also a lot more stable than vitamin C.
Keep in mind there are hundreds of plants that contain antioxidant properties. Many of their main antioxidant compounds fall into these categories. (E.g., blueberries contain flavonoids which are a family of polyphenolic compounds.)
